All purchases of tickets for conferences and events are non-refundable in their entirety.
All demo day ticket sales are final and non-refundable but can be transferred to a third party (if approved by the Startup Istanbul team) for 1 time only with written notice at no additional cost. Further changes will be made with a $50 handling fee.
Limited number of students currently enrolled in a college or university program will be eligible for reduced admission to Startup Istanbul. To apply for this rate, submit your application for Scholarship via http://www.startupistanbul.com/StudentApplication. Upon approval, you will be provided instructions on how to complete your registration. Startup Istanbul can request to a copy of your current transcripts showing your current enrollment status and a copy of your university identification card any time before the event or in the entrance. Startup Istanbul has the right to cancel the ticket if the official student document is not provided by the applicant. (Only for not working undergrads, MBAs, PHDs are regular price)
Current full-time employees of non-profit organizations can apply for the Non-Profit ticket rate. To apply for the discount, you must email [email protected] from your organizations email address and a copy of your organization’s official document.
Current full-time employees of federal, state or local government agencies, current full-time employees of international government agencies and active military employees only can receive a discounted attendee ticket. To qualify for the discount, you must email [email protected] from a valid .gov email address with a copy of your current, valid government ID. Additionally you must present your current, valid government identification card during registration check-in at Startup Istanbul. If you are unable to provide valid government identification at the event, you will be charged the general admission rate of the event. The government discount cannot be combined with any other discount offers.
