The legislation regarding Individual Participation Capital went into effect in May 2012. This legislation is better known among the public as ‘Angel Investment’ law and brings tax exemption.
It is expected that the regulations of this legislation prepared by Undersecretariat of Treasury will go into effect in February. Angel Investment will be discussed in a special session during Startup Turkey camp with participation from the Undersecretariat.
