Nabeel is a Project Manager & Entrepreneur with over ten years of managerial experience working in the areas of management information systems, business analysis and project management. Having successfully founded and operated a software development & consultancy firm with offices in two major cities of Pakistan, and a client base spanning across the Middle East, Asia and United Kingdom; he currently works as Director for Entrepreneurship with the Government of Punjab, Pakistan taking care of projects that fall under the umbrella of promotion or facilitation of Technology Entrepreneurship in the country. He is the man behind PLAN9, Pakistan’s Largest Technology Incubator for early stage startup; PLAN9 has created waves across the globe showcasing Pakistan’s Tech. Scene to all parts of the world. He also heads PLANX, which is Pakistan’s Largest Accelerator Program facilitating mid stage tech. startups from across the country, and is also steering the Largest Co-Working Space in the country, namely, Tech Hub. He is a Certified PMP, holds a Masters degree in Business & Management from University of Strathclyde Business School, UK and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from FAST- NU Lahore, Pakistan respectively.
