Have you ever said to yourself: “I wish I had more time?” Well, you have probably done that. Many of us have. It seems logical to need more time, especially when the business is growing and the work flow expands. But, there is a problem, isn’t it? There are just 24 hours in a day. And you need to find time to follow everything in your startup, to network, to boost your creativity, to stay focused and still manage to relax and recharge. How is it possible?
It is possible, because we have seen it work out for others. Have they sacrificed some things for the sake of others? Probably. But as an innovator, have you ever asked yourself that may be the problem will look differently if you look at it from a different angle? In his TEDxMidwest Talk, Tony Schwartz, the CEO of The Energy Project, presented one new point of view which breaks the way we think about time management. May be the problem isn’t just time, may be it is the level of our energy and how we manage it. Creativity is important for entrepreneurs and the world needs more innovative solutions. If we manage to increase out energy we will manage to achieve more and create better solutions.
