Startup Istanbul, the leading startup event, which brings together founders, investors and executives in the region, will take place on 3-5 October 2015.
The Event
The event is an exclusive gathering of the leading startups, internet companies, angel investors and venture capitalists from Europe and Asia. Every year more than 100 startups, 200 investors and 1500 attendees come to Istanbul to join the event. Some of them are reaching their dreams: Last year’s winner of Startup Istanbul Challenge – connected2.me, received an investment from 500 Startups and relocated to Silicon Valley.
The Speakers
Investors and top tier tech executives will be talking on the stage at Startup Istanbul. Some of this year’s speakers are Steve Blank, Morten Lund, Allen Taylor (Managing Director, Endeavor), Nick Tommarello (Founder & CEO, Wefunder), Kimberly Kadlec (President, Starcom MediaVest Group), Teruhide Sato and many more influential people from the world’s entrepreneurial scene.
The Challenge
Startup Istanbul Challenge application process is now open. From all applicants, the selected 100 startups will get together in Istanbul on 1-3 October 2015 to meet with world class investors and mentors from USA and Europe. On 3rd of October, all startups will pitch in front of the jury and the top 15 will secure their place on the stage of Startup Istanbul event, where they will have the great opportunity to pitch in front of the angel investors and venture capitalists.
