Mudassir Sheikha is the Co-founder and CEO of Careem, Dubai’s main car booking service, operating from Morocco to Pakistan. Before involving himself with Careem, Mudassir was a partner at McKinsey & amp; a company that advises clients about business strategy and development. Prior to McKinsey, Mudassir spent a decade modifying and understanding technology in Silicon Valley, where he recently founded DeviceAnywhere, which was eventually acquired by Keynote Systems. He has degrees in computer science and economics from Stanford and USC.

Entrepreneurs need to learn iterative ideas by developing things quickly, skillfully and without months or years to develop them. Go quickly to the market and get advice on what to do, appreciate, assess it and keep going. Let the market tell you what is needed, because the market itself is a dynamic space that meets the needs of those who have an idea of it.

Most importantly, don’t give up talented and experienced people that you believe have a way to can affect your business. Find local allies and involve people as consultants and investors. They can help with local knowledge, advertisements, and open the doors that cannot be opened.

In addition, entrepreneurs who aspire to grow in their new company need to find and determine their personal goals. It’s not difficult to become a very successful entrepreneur in the current world of today, but if you can’t define and formulate your goals, it will be very difficult to have an effective start as a startup. Understand why you do what you do and if that is what you want to achieve. This will be a guide to future success.

There is need to hire great hardworking people, especially for the new startups. For young entrepreneurs, hiring good people is a challenge because they limit their thoughts that many people want to work in large multinational companies. However, we need to work with HR companies to get guidance and advice on recruiting staff.

Gifted people can have a big impact, not a start. Find partners to start you and make them feel like partners and employees by providing business justice. When looking for hiring talent, you can buy another small businesses, if resources permit.
