ABOUT SPEAKER
Cem is a partner at the Alarko Group – one of the most established conglomerates in Turkey with interests in construction, infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, tourism and real estate. Prior to joining Alarko, Cem led business development at EY for Infrastructure Projects Financing across Europe, Middle East, India and Africa. Prior to EY Cem worked with Bechtel Construction. Cem holds a BSc from Columbia University and is the co-founder of Turkish youth empowerment non-profit, Yenibirlider. Cem leads technology investments on behalf of his family with a focus in frontier markets.
