Description of the startup
To solve the high transaction fee and chargeback problems for business CityPay created an alternative payment method, based on blockchain and cryptocurrency, which processes crypto transactions worldwide and converts received funds into local currency. As a result, the merchant’s profitability increases by more than 10%. To receive the online payments, we provide a ready solution for online API integration, plug-in for e-commerces, email billing, and POS terminal app (Android, iOS) for offline businesses. CityPay allows businesses to receive payments in various cryptocurrencies. After receiving crypto, merchants can convert it anytime into the desired fiat currency, including regional currencies, and get paid in USD, EUR, GEL, or TRY. Merchant has ZERO price volatility and currency exchange rate risks – it receives exactly the same as the product/services costs. Our platform makes it easier and faster to receive local and international payments with the lowest transaction costs and guarantees safety and confidentiality that existing traditional payment methods cannot offer.
