Entrepreneurship at an Early Age
Steve Blank discusses how artists were traditionally trained through apprenticeships starting in the Renaissance, and how in the 19th century children as young as five were taught art skills like finger painting and clay sculpture in kindergarten. The analogy is drawn that entrepreneurship should also be taught to children at a young age through experiences like candy stands or lemonade stands, so that even if they do not succeed in business they will understand how difficult it is to create something of value. #Shorts
