Mr. Buyukeksi is currently the Chairman of Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM) and at the same time Member of the Board at Turkish EXIMBANK, President of Establishment Committee and Vice Chairmen of Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEIK), Member of Assembly at Istanbul Chamber of Industry (ISO), Member of the Board at Istanbul Development Agency, Member of the Board at Istanbul Leather and Leather Products Exporters' Association, Member of the Board at Energy Efficiency Association and General Coordinator of Ziylan Group.
Previously, he has been a Member of Board at Turkish Leather Foundation (TURDEV), TOBB–BİS Organized Industrial and Technology Regions Inc., and TOBTİM International Business Centers; He has been a Member of the Board at Turkish Airlines A.O. (THY) and Turkish DO&CO since 2002,Chairman of Turkish Shoes Industrialists' Association (AYSAD), Chairman of Istanbul Leather and Leather Products Exporters' Association (IDMIB) between 2000 and 2006, and also Founder Chairman and Chairman of Turkish Footwear Industry Research, Development and Education Foundation (TASEV) between 1997-2006.
