Motivation in hard days
Like, so how do you motivate yourself on the hard days? I think it's, for me, probably everyone has their personal ways of how to go about it. For me, it is, at the end of the day, the company's vision and mission that drives me forward. It's kind of remembering that, who are you doing this for? In our case, we have a quite strong mission also driving it, in helping the world become a more sustainable place, in terms of sustainability. So I think there's this saying that we rent the land from our children, or that societies grow greatly when old men plant trees whose shade they're not able to enjoy themselves. So I think for me, that's kind of at the end of the day, during those hard days, I actually try to remember that I'm not doing it for myself.
