Neven Petkov Dilkov is an entrepreneur and investor. Educated in China, Bulgaria and the USA, he worked in Chicago and Sofia.
He is the founder of Neterra - a CEE telecom, NetIX - a global Ethernet services exchange, and other companies.
Most recently a mentor at http://www.launchhub.com, a Euro Seed & Acceleration fund that invests in startup companies, he speaks English, Mandarin Chinese, Bulgarian.
