Zaya comes from a broad advisory experience in the technology, media and telecom sectors in EMEA. Previously, Zaya was a TMT investment banker with Morgan Stanley based in London, where she focused on internet, online classifieds, media and digital media clients, having worked on a range of deals such as private placements, IPOs, and leveraged buyouts. Additionally, she has extensive experience advising and mentoring start-ups in the UK. Zaya holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Andy Tsao is a Managing Director and leads SVB’s Global Gateway, which assists innovation companies in the emerging markets with their US and international market expansion. He brings more than 20 years of experience banking dynamic companies in technology industries worldwide.

In his roles, Tsao manages SVB’s relationships with venture capital and private equity firms outside the U.S., and also helps emerging market companies as they seek U.S. market entry and U.S. companies as they seek to expand abroad. In both capacities, Tsao provides these firms with strategic advice and banking services, including debt financing, based on a deep understanding of their needs.

Eamonn Carey

Eamonn Carey is the Managing Director at Techstars Connection, in partnership with AB InBev and an board member, advisor, mentor and investor in multiple startups and accelerators around Europe.
In the past, Eamonn started, succeeded and failed with several startups in Europe and the Middle East - including Farmvillain - an app which some described as the 'South Park of Facebook'
Currently, Eamonn is a board member and advisor at Lingvist, where he helps with product, marketing and business development and a special advisor at Brandwatch where he helps with product and strategy
He is a regular speaker on innovation and technology at major conferences around Europe and the Middle East and a regular contributor to industry magazines, blogs and podcasts.
