The founders conducted over 100 interviews to develop a productivity tool integrated with calendars. It aimed to connect a user's schedule to their goals without leaving the calendar. However, people struggled to define goals and link their time to goals. The first iteration of the product allowed setting goals within the calendar and seeing how scheduled meetings contributed to business or life objectives.
